A Special Workout

Every day my girlfriend, Lindsay, and I share lunch over FaceTime. This is easily always one of my favorite parts of each day! I would much rather have it so that we could be together for lunch every day but being 3 hours apart at different schools, that just puts us in a pickle :/ But staying positive here I can say that we are both pretty thankful for technology and the ability to still see each other every day! Here’s the real story:
Today we are having our virtual lunch and linds asked me what I was going to lift today. I told her I was going to do a chest workout but that I hadn’t typed it up yet. Without hesitation she says that she would like to type up a workout for me! For a second my eyes just widened and I may or may not have smiled (; without fail, she stayed true to her word and after my public speaking lecture I got a screenshot from her depicting her chest workout for me to do this afternoon. Here is what it looked like:

Basically, I looked at it and I thought ok ok I can handle this! But I knew right away that it was going to be a great workout! I made a couple of modifications not pictured in the image above: First, at the end for a cool down it states to go back through with light weight.. I just repeated the whole routine another time with the same weights. The other addition I made was adding a quarter mile of lunges at the end of the workout! All-in-all, it was a great workout! So I am giving a S/O to my girlfriend and best friend Lindsay Leigh for hooking me up today! As I’ve said before, she is also a blogger and I may be biased, but she is much more talented than I am!
